1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Payapps Limited (UK Branch), located at Keel House, Garth Heads, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2JE, UK, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “Promoter”). The prize draw is open to all United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over, except government employees, employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. The Promoter will award the following item in connection with the promotion (the “Prize”).
2. The winner will receive a pair of Sony WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds. The brand or company associated with the Prize is not a sponsor of, nor otherwise affiliated with Autodesk or this promotion.
3. All entries must be submitted via https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RMW5G5T? or https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RM3KMKH? and only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 9:00am GMT on Monday 20 April 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 5:00PM GMT on Friday 29 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Friday 12 June 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including without limitation in the event of fraud, abuse, tampering, of technical, administrative, financial, or other difficulties.
8. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before Monday 22 June 2026 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 business days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 6 weeks of being notified of their win.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The winner will be solely responsible for complying with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or other statutes, regulations, and other laws, and for bearing any personal income, VAT, withholding taxes, customs duties, or other taxes, fees, insurance, surcharges, or other costs relating to any Prize.
11. The prize is supplied by Autodesk through Sendoso (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13 .The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails Chloe.Leigh@autodesk.com or writes to Autodesk – Payapps, Attention: Chloe Leigh, Keel House, Garth Heads, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2JE, United Kingdom (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email at Chloe.Leigh@autodesk.com or write to Autodesk – Payapps, Attention: Chloe Leigh, Keel House, Garth Heads, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2JE, United Kingdom. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. THE PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN AWAY BY PROMOTER “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY MANUFACTURER OR OTHER WARRANTIES. SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY REGARDING ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. By entering you release and hold harmless Promoter, prize manufacturers, and any other entities involved in the promotion or administration of the promotion (including any advertising or social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn on which the promotion is advertised or through which the promotion is accessed or entered) from any and all responsibility, liability, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising or relating to the promotion, your participation in the promotion, or the use or misuse of the Prize.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://www.autodesk.com/company/legal-notices-trademarks/privacy-statement . See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
18 .By entering the promotion, you agree that these terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
